Highways Desk is a tool for a traffic management agency. It is run by Peter Holt, a sole trader. Using a login means you accept these terms. Questions go to info@highwaysdesk.com.

The agency checks the worker, the ticket, the hours and the rate before anyone is paid or a client is billed. The desk does the sums from what was put in. It does not decide that a week is right.

This is not payroll advice, tax advice or legal advice. Where an umbrella pays the workers, that umbrella does the tax. CIS is off unless the agency has turned on its own payroll.

Keep the password. A worker login is for that worker. An agency login is for that company. Do not pass either one on.

The names, the hours and the rates belong to the agency that put them in. A copy is kept so the desk can run and so a week can be put back.

A company login can be paused. A paused login does not open the desk.
